Teri Hatcher is a little bit pissed with David Letterman after he made reference to her age on his show.
On his Late show, Letterman was discussing news about the discovery of an ancient, but well-preserved cupcake. As usual, he couldn’t resist a crack.
“I thought the world’s oldest cupcake was Teri Hatcher!” The audience roared, but when Teri heard about the comment, she exploded – and her “Desperate” publicists threatened that if she doesn’t get an on-air apology, she’ll never appear on his “Late Show” again. Insiders say Letterman blew off Teri’s offended reaction, and her apology demand — saying the joke was harmless and he won’t address the issue on-air. [Source]
Yep, good luck trying to get a sensible apology out of Dave. She is more likely to get more jokes at her expense if she carries on.
