At the moment, Halle Berry’s Los Angeles home is undergoing some major renovations, and she currently has a contract for $57,000 USD with an Orange County painting company to re-stain the wooden kitchen cabinets.
There are a few ‘little clauses’ on this particular contract that you might not find on anyone elses…
- Little Clause # 1: Any worker is prohibited to approach Berry while in the home or on the premises.
- Little Clause # 2: No one is allowed to speak to Halle at any time.
- Little Clause # 3: If Halle speaks to you, then you may answer.
I guess that means no autographs, huh??
