Anna Nicole Smith has a will…and TMZ has a copy!
Her will is dated July 30, 2001, a number of years before her son, Daniel’s death, and daughter Dannielynn’s birth.
In her will, she leaves everything to her now deceased son, Daniel, and it lists “husband” Howard K. Stern, as executor.
