Depp Signs up for ‘Pirates 4′

It’s official: Pirates of the Caribbean will be back for one last hurrah!
Variety reports that actor Johnny Depp – who portrays the lovable, slightly inebriated Captain Jack Sparrow in the films – has just signed on to appear in the fourth installment of the blockbuster franchise.
No word yet on what the plot will be this time around, but given the way the last one ended, I’d say there’s a good chance we’ll see Geoffry Rush’ character, Captain Barbossa, pop up for a moment of two.
