Confirmed: Ashlee Simpson Pregnant
After the announcement of her engagement to rocker boyfriend Pete Wentz last week, a source close to the couple has revealed that Ashlee Simpson is indeed pregnant, as was previously speculated.
The source confirmed the pregnancy to Usmagazine.com earlier today, but a rep for the 23-year-old singer and actress had no comment on the news.
“We are thrilled to confirm their engagement and congratulate this happy couple,” a spokesperson for the couple said. “Beyond that there is nothing to say.”
Ashlee and Pete began dating back in 2006. This will be a first child for both of them.
