Vanessa Hudgens Being Sued

Vanessa Hudgens is being sued!

The Disney starlet’s former manager, Johnny Viera, has filed documents with the Los Angeles Superior Court, claiming that Hudgens owes him $5 million of her fortune.

According to Viera, he and Hudgens “entered a financial agreement” back in May 2005 to launch her career. It was agreed that both would take a 50/50 share in her earnings.

However, when High School Musical became such a success, Hudgens went her own way, giving Viera the boot and a payout settlement, something which Viera says was far below what he should have received.

Hudgens’ father, Greg, has quite a different take on the issue. He labeled his daughter’s former manager as a “predator,” and has allegedly been trying to set up a Website or phone line to stop more “unsuspecting talent” from falling victim to his “predatory nature.”

Hudgens’ rep is yet to comment on the lawsuit.

Vanessa Back For HSM3, Despite Nude Photos

There were reports a while back that said nuddy photo gal, Vanessa Hudgens, would not be back on any Disney projects because of her raunchy strip tease in front of the camera… well, apparently they weren’t true, as the young starlet has just been re-signed for the third installment in the High School Musical franchise.

Hudgens and her HSM co-star, Ashley Tisdale, will both appear in the upcoming third film, a source has revealed. The negotiations have been completed, and while the contracts aren’t signed as yet, a source close to Vanessa has said that it’s a “done deal.”

“The contract will be signed within the next week,” the source claims. “It is almost a done deal.” An Ashley Tisdale pal has confirmed the stars’ appearance in the third flick, saying: “It’s done, done, done.”

I guess the multi-billion dollar children’s franchise decided that nude photos of one of their young up-and-coming actresses isn’t exactly the promotional material they need, as they’ve just dumped Vanessa Hudgens from the third installment in the High School Musical series.

An insider at Disney has revealed that the execs feel co-star Zac Efron can pull it off without his raunchy partner, and are planning to replace Vanessa’s character with another more “wholesome” actress, like one of the Cheetah Girls.

“Disney finally decided that they don’t want her back,” the insider said. “They feel that as long as Zac Efron is in the movie, all will be fine. He’s the real star — the household name — and, most importantly, he comes without baggage.”

While Disney haven’t made any decisions yet as to who exactly will replace Hudgens in the hit film sequel, sources say that they’re giving serious consideration to Adrienne Baillon and Sabrina Bryan - two of the stars from Disney’s The Cheetah Girls.ÂÂ

“The producers think that… Sabrina will be more famous than Vanessa,” added the source.

Well, I don’t know about that… look what the sex tape did for Paris Hilton’s career. Vanessa’s got nudie photos doing the rounds on the web, and now everyone knows her name because of it. Sabrina who?

In a recent interview with US Weekly, the star of last month’s teen nude scandal said that she finds the behaviour of her fellow young starlets (Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears) “stupid,” and is thankful that she knows ways to stay out of the kind of trouble they get themselves in daily.

Suuuure.

Is she forgetting that she not only posed nude for photos that were plastered across the internet last month, but she also posed for silly little lesbo shots, and made an alleged “sex tape” with Santa? Obviously.

“I honestly think [their behaviour is] stupid,” Hudgens said of her rehab-loving rivals.

It must be diss on Vanessa Hudgens week! Not only have we had a nude shot and some lesbian kissing antics from the High School Musical actress, but now news has surfaced that a skanky sex tape featuring the star is just waiting to be unveiled!

According to a source, a sex tape and a whole new range of nude photos are on the verge of finding their way to the world wide web, and with all the other dirty rumours of the star coming true, one can only assume that it will turn out to be the case with this new lot of trash as well.

After last week’s nude photo scandal involving the young Disney actress, more images have surfaced on the web, this time showing a possible lesbian streak in the High School Musical star.
