Thanksgiving is the busiest time for air travel in the US, but this year, the number of travelers is expected to drop by 10 percent; but don’t expect empty planes, with flights still being 90 – 100 percent full on peak days, as the airlines have reduced the number of flights.
Between November 21 and December 2, 24 million people will take to the skies, with the busiest days being Nov. 30, Dec. 1 and Nov. 26, respectively.
At least there will be fewer passengers in lines at the airports.
