Trump Gets Even

Sick and tired of his little spat with Rosie O’Donnell, Donald Trump has sent her a nice little letter, well and truely sticking Rosie’s The View co-star, Barbara Walters, in the poo…

Here’s a copy of the letter, which was obtained by ET:

“Dear Rosie,

I hope you had a wonderful vacation with your wife — you needed the rest.

An article in today’s New York Post indicates that you blew up at BARBARA WALTERS for being a ‘liar.’ Actually, I don’t blame you, but in fact she lied to both of us! After your maniacal and foolish rant against me two weeks ago, Barbara called me from her vacation (I did not call her) in order to apologize for your behavior. She had heard that I was going to retaliate against you and tried to talk me out of it. She very much wanted me to go on the show as soon as she got back so that she could ‘patch things up’ (I said no). To be exact, she said that ‘working with her is like living in hell’ and, more pointedly, ‘Donald, never get into the mud with pigs’ and, ‘don’t worry, she won’t be here for long.’ Barbara knows exactly what she told me over the phone and she has to live with it. Perhaps that’s why her initial statement was so mild!

In another incident, when I saw her eating at Le Cirque about two months ago and asked how ‘Rosie was doing,’ she sarcastically rolled her eyes and said ‘Donald, do you have to ruin my meal.’

In any event, you have a good reason to be angry. Please give my warmest regards to Kelly!

I was surprised that you let your spat with Barbara get into the newspapers, but, as I have always said and as you proved with Rosie, the magazine, you are very self destructive. You must work on this for your own good!”

Somehow, I don’t think things between Rosie and Barbara are going to get better any time soon…Ouch!!!

Rosie O’Donnell Bags Lindsay Lohan

Starpulse are reporting that talk show host Rosie O’Donnell has slammed Lindsay Lohan for her behavior on her latest film and insists the star is going to end up in rehab. Outspoken O’Donnell believes the 20-year-old isn’t handling fame very well and that she is heading down a very dangerous path.

I wonder what else she is insinuating here. She couldn’t possible mean Lindsay forgetting to put on her underwear all the time.

She explains, “(Lindsay’s behavior on her latest film ‘Georgia Rule’) was unacceptable. It’s not like she was doing Dumb & Dumber 2. It’s a Jane Fonda movie! Be early! I saw (Lohan) stumbling around a club drunk (once) and her mother was going, ‘She’s all right!’

“I can say this from experience: it’s hard to be famous, and she’s not doing it well at this point. But she’ll get into rehab, take care of the eating disorder, and be all better in two years and have a huge comeback.”

Rosie, Tom, Opah, and Barbara

Rosie O’Donnell has thrown her substantial weight behind Tom Cruise and said that she blames Oprah Winfrey for his couch jumping antics.

O’Donnell lashed out at the talk show queen saying she should have stopped his over the top antics.

“I saw him doing the couch jumping. I wasn’t mad at him. I was mad at Oprah. Oprah, couldn’t you have said, ‘Tommy, come here! Don’t jump’” [Source]

That should go over well with Queen Oprah.

In further O’Donnell news, she is yet to begin her new gig as co-host for The View, and is already making waves. Rosie has been complaining about the show on her blog.

Walters commented in Newsweek magazine saying “I didn’t like the blog. I’m counting on Rosie’s intelligence and sensitivity and humor.”

“This is, after all, an entertainment show. It is based on people who like each other and are having a good time, not on people who are arguing and unhappy.”

Soon after Walters spoke to the magazine, she received flowers and a card from her new co-host reading, “Barbara, I only want the promos and the show to be great. And I love you. Love, Ro.” [Source]
