It looks like Nick Cannon’s just realised he’s married pop’s biggest diva.

After just two short months, the marriage between singer Mariah Carey and rapper Nick Cannon is on the verge of breaking. Sources close to the couple claim that Nick is “sick and tired” of his wife’s “diva demands,” and is seriously considering leaving.

“Things are really bad between them,” one source said. “The honeymoon period was over before it began. Nick’s been surprised at just how demanding his wife is.

“He feels like her skivvy and moans she has him waiting on her hand and foot. Of course, they met not long before they decided to get married so there were always going to be things they needed to learn about each other. It appears Nick’s learned he doesn’t like her very much.”

The 38-year-old songstress first met rapper Cannon on a music video in March this year. They wed on April 30, after only a few weeks together.

If Nick decides he really does want out, a divorce lawyer isn’t the only professional he’ll have to visit. Since hooking up with the Honey singer, 27-year-old Cannon has had the name ‘Mariah’ tattooed across his shoulders.

Last Friday, we reported that a “reliable source” had confirmed the shock nuptials of Carey and Cannon, but nobody really believed it. However, Mariah’s white wedding photos have been sold to People magazine, proving that all of the rumours of the past week have been 100 % true!

“We really do feel we are soulmates,” Carey told People, after their sunset ceremony at her Bahamas home on April 30.

“I never felt a love like this was in the cards for me,” the Butterfly songstress added.

Cannon said of his bride: “She is beautiful on the outside and 10 times as beautiful on the inside.”

Singer Mariah Carey has wed partner Nick Cannon, Usmagazine is reporting.

A ‘reliable’ source broke the news earlier today to Latina magazine, calling Carey’s Wednesday wedding “very impulsive.”

The ceremony is said to have taken place at a residence in Eleuthera, the Bahamas, a property which Carey recently purchased.

Those in attendence at the shock nuptials included rapper Da Brat.

Carey and Cannon hooked up in March when the 27-year-old former rapper directed the music video for Mariah’s latest track, Bye Bye. The pair had been friends for years before working together.

Model Selita Ebanks, Cannon’s former fiance, told Usmagazine: “I have no comment [on their marriage] but wish them well.”

Carey has been married once before – to music mogul Tommy Mottola. The couple divorced in 1998.

Songstress Mariah Carey decided that topless was the way to go while holidaying in the Caribbean, as she was snapped discreetly covering her buns with a magazine and a glass of something sinful.

Obviously this is just attention-seeking behaviour from Miss Diva, who was quoted recently as saying she had no New Year’s resolutions to lose weight or get fit, because she’d already done it all, and was more than happy with her new body.

Rumours are rife that singer/attempted actress, Mariah Carey, will adopt a Mexican baby, after she was seen leaving a Mexican orphanage.

Miss Carey recently paid a visit to Mexico’s Frank Gonzalez orphanage with her lawyer, and sources say that she’s in the process of adopting her first child.
A rep for Mariah has refused to comment on the rumour, and said that there would be no talk of the singer’s personal life.
