The Daddy Dating Epidemic: Mandy & Matthew an Item!

Just when I thought the latest Hollywood craze was going to be stripping off for PETA ads, the starlet city throws me an odd ball… in the form of the “Daddy Dating Epidemic!”

Yesterday, you all heard the news that 19-year-old singer, Rihanna, was dating a much older Josh Hartnett, and now, rumour has it young Mandy Moore is dating former Friends star, Matthew Perry!

Perry, who’s 38, is 11 years Mandy’s senior, but that didn’t seem to faze the A Walk To Remember actress, who was spotted out on the town getting cosy with her new beau. The pair dined together at Amici Trattoria in Beverly Hills, where an onlooker said they only had eyes for each other.

“He was already seated and waited for her for 15 minutes until she arrived,” the source revealed. “He stood up to greet her and gave her a kiss on the cheek. They were holding hands across the table and being really close and laughing a lot the whole time.”

At this stage, reps for both Moore and Perry refused to comment on their clients relationship status, but it does beg the question that perhaps this really is some kind of epidemic, spreading it’s “older-man-dating” fingers over the female stars of tinsel town.

Who’s next? Lindsay and George Clooney??

Remember cutesy Candy singer, Mandy Moore? Well, she’s certainly packed on the pounds since her pop tart days! Granted, this shot is taken at a very unflattering angle for Ms. Moore, but there’s no doubt she’s not the same young starlet she once was.

I stumbled across these scans from the latest Vanity Fair issue, and was surprised to find the caption reading: “Mandy Moore!”

Whoa! Since when did Mandy start looking this good?!?

I know a good make-up artist, hair stylist and airbrushing can work wonders…but she looks amazing!

Mandy Moore Dumps DJ AM

Friends of the pop singer turned actress, Mandy Moore, have revealed that the starlet has dumped her leech of a boyfriend, Adam Goldstein aka. DJ AM.

Apparently, he was only dating Mandy to “up” his profile, after his failed relationship with skinny reality star, Nicole Richie, so I’m sure he won’t be too upset with being dropped…perhaps just a little embarrassed.

Reps for Ms. Moore have refused to comment on the rumours, saying: “We don’t comment on her personal life.”

Mandy & Wilmer: Hollywood’s Latest Rebound Couple

According to Star magazine, pop singer Mandy Moore and Hollywood sleaze, Wilmer Valderrama, are tinsel town’s latest rebound couple.

There was speculation a while back that Mandy and Zach Braff were an item (they turned up to one of those awards shows together, and looked kinda cosy), but since his links to his The Last Kiss co-star, Rachel Bilson, it seems Mandy has turned her sights on ex-boyfriend, Wilmer (the coupe dated for a while in 2001).

They recently arrived together during a visit to Miami’s club Prive, but were careful not to be photographed together. It sounds like they want to keep this budding romance private for a while…too late!!!

Star magazine has the report:

The pair, who split in the winter of 2001 after dating for 18 months, were spotted looking very much like a couple in heat, at Miami’s Prive nightclub on Thursday night. “Wilmer and Mandy arrived together,” a source tells Star, “but they were careful not to be photographed together. Nonetheless, Wilmer was doting on Mandy the whole time, and they were very close to each other the whole night. She was dressed casually with her hair in a ponytail and hoodie sweatshirt.”

Here’s hoping that Mandy wakes up to herself and gets some taste…Wilmer has been out with almost every young starlet in Hollywood, and he’s told the paps about every relationship in great detail…I hope she hasn’t forgotten that…ÂÂ
