Jen Garner Fears For Her Safety

Jennifer Garner has petitioned the courts for a permanent restraining order again stalker Steven Burky, following numerous threats against the actress and her family.

In the documents obtained by TMZ.com, Garner is asking Burky stay clear of her, and wants “no contact whatsoever.”

The Catch and Release actress, who’s been stalked by Burky since 2002, said that in the last year “his obsessive and harassing behaviour has escalated to the point of becoming dangerous and threatening.”

“Mr Burky has been stalking and harassing me,” Garner’s declaration reads. “[He’s been sending] packages and letters containing delusional and paranoid thoughts and following me around the country…”

At one point, Garner said Burky had shown up at her home and announced, “God has sent [him] a vision of [Jennifer] being persecuted in some manner that may result in [Jennifer’s] death.”

It is threats like these, Garner said, that make her fear for herself, husband Ben Affleck, and daughter Violet. “I am currently pregnant and fear for the safety of my second child once born,” Garner added.

A temporary restraining order was issued earlier this month, and a hearing tomorrow will determine whether or not the order will be a permanent one.

Jennifer Garner Pregnant Again?

New reports have just surfaced which suggest that former Alias star Jennifer Garner is pregnant again.

The wife of Hollywood actor Ben Affleck is expecting the couple’s second child, friends have revealed, telling the National Enquirer that Garner made the announcement “a few days before” Independence Day.

“A few days before the Fourth of July, Jen began calling close pals with the news that she was pregnant again,” said a source. “Jen said she’s three months along - and she and Ben are ‘ecstatic.’”

The actress, who gave birth to first child Violet in December 2005, is due with her second baby early next year. “She and Ben are still deciding whether they’ll ask the sex of the child,” added the source.

Garner’s pregnancy is yet to be confirmed, with the couple’s rep, Ken Sunshine, refusing to comment. “We don’t comment on the personal lives of our clients,” he said.

Jennifer Garner stepped back into the spotlight to support hubby Ben Affleck at the 10th Annual Hollywood Film Festival & Hollywood Awards last night.
It’s nice to see that Jen is back to her Alias-butt-kicking best after giving birth to baby Violet.
She looks fabulous, and I’m looking forward to seeing her back on the big screen soon!
