Jennifer Aniston: “What Angelina Jolie Did Was Really Uncool!”

Jennifer Aniston has well and truly opened up about her feelings for Angelina Jolie.

The actress, who lost ex-husband Brad Pitt to Jolie, spilled the beans to Vogue magazine.

“There was stuff printed [in Jolie’s recent interview] that was definitely from a time when I was unaware that it was happening,” Aniston said. “I felt those details were a little inappropriate to discuss.”

After asking the journalist to switch off the recorder, Aniston shook her head in disbelief and added: “That stuff about how [Jolie] couldn’t wait to get to work every day? That was really uncool.”

I don’t think anyone would disagree with that — although I think I may have chosen a more colourful word than “uncool”, if it were me.

Jennifer Aniston Pregnant?

Whether this story is true or not remains to be seen, but Australia’s New Weekly magazine is reporting that Jennifer Aniston is pregnant… with ex- John Mayer’s baby!!

Word on the street is that Jen and John reunited because of the pregnancy. But is this all on the level? It’s possible that this whole “Aniston being preggers” situation is just a counter-strike to the recent bombshell of Angelina Jolie finally admitting to stealing Pitt away from the former Friends star.

Jen Doesn’t Need Your Pity

Jennifer Aniston is sick and tired of being pitied for her constant “victim” status in the press, and is furious that her latest breakup with singer John Mayer has fueled yet another “Poor Jen” headline.

“It seems the slightest thing prompts yet another ‘Jen is so tragic’ article – and she’s soooo over this whole portrayal of her as being some kind of victim,” a close friend said. “She’s strong and smart and every day she is grateful for the life she’s been blessed with. Compared with the real human suffering in the world, Jen doesn’t see why anyone should feel remotely sorry for her.”

But her former boyfriend feels a little differently about the situation. Just yesterday, Mayer - who admitted to dumping Aniston because it “just didn’t feel right” - said that he believes someone should stand up for the poor girl.

I bet that comment is enough to make Jen ecstatic that he broke it off with her in the first place!

Mayer Defends Aniston in Breakup Controversy

John Mayer has defended former girlfriend Jennifer Aniston, describing their publicised breakup as “the most normal thing in the world,” despite claims that he’d cheated and was running from committment.

“If [the paparazzi] are going to run stuff and run every lie under the sun, have somebody stand up for somebody,” the singer said. “Have me as a man who ended a relationship stand here and write some truth. Have me stand up for somebody and write that Jennifer Aniston is the smartest, most sophisticated person I think I’ve ever met.

“She’s one of the most lovely people I’ve ever met in my life and I’m going through something that’s a very personal thing and you have to give that up,” he continued. “You have to give everything up because you can’t have it all and it sucks.”

The 30-year-old performer added: “I’m sorry that the story’s not interesting. But it’s about time that somebody stands up for that girl and I think she’s great.”

When a reporter asked Mayer whether he was seeing someone else at the time he split from Aniston, he exploded back, “Why are you asking me that question? I’m being as honest as I can possibly can be.”

“I ended a relationship because there is no lying,” he explained. “I ended a relationship to be alone because I don’t want to waste somebody’s time if something’s not right. I don’t waste people’s time.

Mayer added: “You’re either a cheater or you breakup. And I’m not the first. I’m the second one. And that’s it. There’s no lying, there’s no b-llsh-t, I just don’t want to be followed around New York City like an animal.”

Aniston Dumped Mayer, Says Source

When the news first broke that Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer had called it quits, it was assumed that the promiscuous Mayer was the one who did the “dumping”. But a source close to Aniston and her good pal, Courtney Cox Arquette, has revealed that it was in fact Aniston who sent Mayer packing.

“[It was] Jen who decided to move on,” the source said. “She is very fond of John and has thought he might be the one. She finds him funny, sexy and very talented… Plus he understands all the aspects of living in a fishbowl. But in the final analysis, she just got tired of his roving eye.”

And she was warned, too. Mayer’s former flame, Jessica Simpson, gave Aniston a firm warning about his “roving eye” when she and the musician first started dating. Looks like she finally saw the truth in Simpson’s words.

The source added that Aniston had given Mayer a “three strikes and you’re out” ultimatum, and after hearing about his multiple flings with a cocktail waitress, a promoter’s assistant, and a groupie, the former Friends star decided that enough was enough.

“Above everything else, Jennifer is looking for stability and loyalty in a relationship,” the source said. “She still is hurting from losing Brad [Pitt] to Angelina [Jolie] – even after all this time.”

John Mayer and Jennifer Aniston Split

Well, we knew this was coming!

John Mayer and Jennifer Aniston have split, according to People. The magazine claims that “multiple sources” confirmed that 30-year-old Mayer dumped Aniston, because he just wasn’t ready for committment.

“They had a great time together but they are just in different places in their lives right now,” a source close to the couple said.

A pal of Mayer added that just because he and Aniston had split, it didn’t rule out a future reconciliation. “He never ends things with a clean slate,” the friend said. “He likes to dwell on these relationships and sort everything out before saying goodbye for good.”

According to U.K.’s Mirror, the couple had previously agreed to spend some time apart, but decided to go their separate ways earlier this week.

Both Mayer’s and Aniston’s reps have refused to comment on the split.

Aniston “Not Getting Married,” Says Rep

Despite reports of the contrary, Jennifer Aniston is not getting married, says her rep.

OK! magazine - renowned for its false news stories - was first to claim that the 39-year-old actress was planning a “low-key” wedding to partner John Mayer in the fall; but the Break-Up star’s rep has slammed the story, calling the headline a complete “fabrication.”

“[Jennifer] is not getting married,” her rep told Usmagazine.com.

Added Aniston’s rep: “[The headline is a] complete fabrication.”

She’d do well to stay away from matrimony when it comes to Mayer, anyway. The guy’s nothing but a no-good love-rat, just like her last husband. The coupling (if it ever did take place) would simply be doomed from the very beginning.

Jennifer Aniston Gets Bitchy

It seems there’s a big of off-screen rivalry between Jennifer Aniston and her He’s Just Not That Into You co-star, Jennifer Connelly.

Aniston, 39, reportedly kicked Connelly off the upcoming cover of Marie Claire magazine, after refusing to shoot the cover if 37-year-old Connelly was involved. Sources on the shoot said that Aniston would only agree to grace the cover if she and fellow co-stars Drew Barrymore and Ginnifer Goodwin were the only ones on it.

“Word is, Aniston threatened to pull out if [Connelly] was part of the cover,” the source said. “It was all about getting Jennifer Aniston front and centre and looking as sexy as possible.”

What exactly is Aniston’s problem with Connelly? No one really knows, though Aniston’s rep was quick to deny that there was any tension at all between the two co-stars.

An insider from the movie set, however, said it was obvious the pair didn’t get along.

“There was no camaraderie between those two whatsoever,” the insider said. “They didn’t seem like friends in the slightest.”

The film, He’s Just Not That Into You, is set for release in October.

Jessica Simpson Warns Aniston About Mayer

Apparently it has nothing to do with jealousy at all, but Jessica Simpson has warned Jennifer Aniston about having a relationship with John Mayer, saying he is a notorious ladies man.

“Jessica wants Jen to be aware of what she’s letting herself get into with John. She doesn’t want her to make the same mistakes. John is a ladies man.”

Other people have also provided the same warnings about Mayer.

Even Vince Vaughn has come out against the relationship. Vaughn has told Jennifer that Mayer is only using her for publicity.

According to the Enquirer, Vaughn said:

“You can’t be serious - this guy is just using you to make a name for himself.”

Jennifer reportedly laughed his concerns off, saying that Mayer already had quite a name for himself - with or without dating her - and if Vince didn’t like the reports that were surfacing, he should stop reading the papers and spare himself a heart attack.

Vaughn also claimed that Mayer is notifying the media before appearing in public with Aniston.
