The bitter war between Hulk Hogan and his wife of 23 years, Linda Hogan, has finally come to an end, with the pair announcing that they have reached a settlement in their mammoth divorce case.

Hogan and Linda announced their divorce agreement at a brief hearing in Clearwater, Fla., on Tuesday, nearly two years after Linda first filed for divorce.

“We’ve reached a marital settlement agreement,” Linda’s attorney, Ray Rafool, told the judge.

Hogan’s rep released a statement to the media on the case, and said: “Hulk is looking forward to moving on with his life and is very hopeful that he and Linda can maintain a friendship and work together as parents of their two children.”

Outside the courtroom, Linda told the waiting paparazzi, “The war is over.”

The couple, who married in 1983, have two children – Nick and Brooke – the latter of which took over her father’s reality television show, Hogan Knows Best, when her parents’ martial troubles came to light.

Heidi Klum has hit an unemployed butcher with a $3,000 bill for using her image without her permission.

Heinz Frank, 45, who survives on unemployment benefits, claims it was a simple mistake when he used Klum’s image in flyers he was distributing to promote a local restaurant, saying he had no idea who Klum was and that he simply downloaded the image from the Interent, because he thought she looked nice and would be appealing on the flyer.

Klum’s lawyers thought otherwise, hitting him with a cease and desist order along with the fine.

Harsh.

Hulk Hogan opened up on a radio show, saying that he struggles being by himself since his wife left him.

“It’s hard when your wife has filed for divorce, and you’re not divorced yet. And, you’re tired of being by yourself every single day.”

To add salt to his wounds, Hulk claims Linda said:

“I never want to see you, be with you, be in love with you, with you again.”

Hulk was told about the divorce while in front of a live audience, when he received a phone call from his attorney. It cut him up, and he wasn’t sure if he would faint at the news, but composed himself enough to continue without the audience knowing anything was wrong.

Hulk is not to keen on Linda’s toy boy, saying:

“As far as my wife dating a 19-year-old, I don’t condone it. Brooke is very, very upset by it.”

He also accuses her of wasting all their money.

“To burn up all this money and have the divorce lawyers churning the clock, all this money that we saved for our children, burning up all this money that we could help John Graziano with, with a life plan, is insane. There’s no rationale anymore. They’re relentless.”

First time I have heard him mention John Graziano in a positive way. He is either re-evaluating himself, or putting a lot of spin on things.

I almost feel sorry for him.

I didn’t post this the other day when it came out, but feel that I should to provide some evidence as to why the Hogan family is so insensitive to the victi mand his family.

In light of Hulk Hogan’s appearance on the Larry King show, where Hulk said the accident that caused John Graziano’s massive injuries was “God’s will” and would “make John a better person”, the Graziano family has released a video showing the extent of John’s injuries.

As if this wasn’t bad enough, Hulk has apparently been trying to ogranise a new reality tv show for Nick getting out of jail.

If you watch this video, think about how much whining the Hogan family has done and how much trash they have spoken about John Graziano; puts it in perspective like nothing else.

Hulk Hogan was on Larry King, talking about his family in general and his son Nick in particular. You remember Nick, he is the one who crashed his car, leaving his good mate and passenger in a permanently vegetative state.

As reported, Nick has been doing his utmost to get out of his 8 month jail sentence, claiming it is unfair and harsh.

As you can imagine, the publicity the Hogan’s have been receiving about all of this is less then flattering, which might explain why Hogan felt the need to go on Larry King and spill his guts.

So how did Hulk fare, was he remorseful for his son’s actions and compassionate to the victim?

Of course not, he is the Hulk after all.

He said that Nick’s accident, which put friend John Graziano in a vegetative state, was God’s plan to make John a better person.

Uh huh?

Hulk also accuses the media of being harsh to his family.

Gee I wonder why?

Looks like the Hogan’s are doing more scheming and plotting to get poor baby Nick sprung from his jail hell.

TMS has more audio tapes of Nick and his father talking about an upcoming hearing with a judge.

Nick says he will wear his prison issue jump suit rather then normal clothes so he can get more sympathy form the judge. Hulk says that he won’t appear at the hearing, because he is too high profile and the media would show up and pressure the judge into not doing the right thing.

Hulk goes onto say the last thing they want is the media turning up and the transfer appearing on the Internet and Youtube.

It sounds like he is trying to get transferred to another facility, or worse still, maybe out on compassionate grounds perhaps?

One of these two served his country in a war zone, the other obviously grew up spoiled and full of his own importance to the extent that he is now peddling this crap.

Joh Graziano is in a permanently vegetative state in a hospital bed, the person who was the cause of him being there is doing a couple of months in prison and bitching about it.

It has been well reported that Nick Hogan has shown no remorse for the accident or how it has left John Graziano, and it would seem, neither has his family, with his sister ranting all kinds of weird stuff about the truth coming out, etc.

But can you believe this?

In an audio on TMZ, Hulk Hogan says that God laid some heavy shit on him because of the things he was into. Nick chimes in saying that John was a negative person.

Way to win friends and influence people fellas. The little respect I alread had for this family has just dropped to new levels of disgust.

I recently posted on Brooke Hogan, bagging out her ex-friend Christiane Plante for dating big daddy Hogan. I found it strange she would have a girlfriend so much older then herself, but hey.

As you can see from the photo, Christine bares a pretty strong resemblance to Brooke.

As you can see in this image, Hogan has his gun holstered, but his lobster is poking out.

Hulk obviously likes em blond; personally, I would have gone for a younger model myself, but that’s just me.

Hulk Hogan is being sued by the passenger who was critically injured in a car crash involving the Hulk’s son Nick.

John Graziano’s attorneys filed a lawsuit Monday in Clearwater against Hulk, whose real name is Terry Bollea. The lawsuit says he and his estranged wife, Linda, are liable as the parents of 17-year-old Nick Bollea.

Son Nick wrapped his yellow Supra around a tree on August 26 last year. Lawyers say Graziano, who is an Iraq war veteran was left in a semiconscious state and will require care for the rest of his life. An attorney says millions of dollars will be sought. Graziano wasn’t wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident.

Nick Bollea is facing a criminal charge of reckless driving involving serious bodily injury.

I guess all those drift lessons Nick took didn’t pay off.

In response to his impending divorce, Hulk Hogan has issued a statement, asking the media to respect his family’s privacy during this difficult time.

“Please respect my family’s privacy at this time with all that we have been through,” Hogan said, through his agent, Darren Prince.

“I care for my wife and my children are my world and I just hope this all works out.”

His wife, Linda, filed for divorce last week, and is seeking half of their $9.5 million in assets.
