Heidi Klum Sues Out Of Work Butcher

Heidi Klum has hit an unemployed butcher with a $3,000 bill for using her image without her permission.

Heinz Frank, 45, who survives on unemployment benefits, claims it was a simple mistake when he used Klum’s image in flyers he was distributing to promote a local restaurant, saying he had no idea who Klum was and that he simply downloaded the image from the Interent, because he thought she looked nice and would be appealing on the flyer.

Klum’s lawyers thought otherwise, hitting him with a cease and desist order along with the fine.

Harsh.

International supermodel, Heidi Klum, dropped her gear for a nude spread in the latest issue of Max magazine.

The mother-of-two looked as attractive as ever (though slightly airbrushed), in shots which I believe are quite tastefully done, cleverly covering her naughty bits in sheets of sheer coloured fabric.

Besides the fact that these shots actually make me want to buy a pair of Jordache Jeans, there’s one major thing wrong with them… whoever did the photoshopping did a god-awful job of erasing her nipples and covering them with false looking blonde hair!

But that’s not Heidi’s fault, and she still looks fab!

Christmas in Aspen

I wish I’d spent Christmas in a winter wonderland…instead I had to contend with sweltering heat, whilst still enjoying a huge, hot, Christmas feast (insane, I know)!

Many celebs were able to take advantage of their expansive wealth, and spent the silly season cruising down the slopes in the most hideous of winter attire!

Celebs from Mariah Carey to Heidi Klum and Seal to Antonio Banderas and Melanie Griffith, as well as a Desperate Housewive, were there, enjoying the gorgeous below zero conditions.

I hope they all had a wonderful Christmas (and that goes for all you guys as well!)…a little note for next Christmas…Heidi, I can fit in a suitcase…or maybe that pram…

Heidi & Seal Have Another Boy!!!

We here at Staralicious would like to extend our congratulations to Heidi Klum and Seal, on the birth of their new baby boy!!!

His name is Johan Riley Fyodor Taiwo Samuel (what a mouthfull!), and he was born in Los Angeles on Wednesday at 5.01 pm.

Seal announced on the arrival: “To our children, a brother/ To our parents, a grandson/ To my wife and I, a son/ To our family, a blessing.”

Supermodels Play Nice (Sort Of)

Remember a while back I reported on Elle and Heidi’s little tiff over ‘The Body’ label??

Well, Elle has touched on the subject again this week…and this time she had nothing but nice things to say about Heidi Klum…sort of!

“Heidi is so beautiful. I think she’s got an amazing body. I’ll call her ‘The Body’ if she wants.”

“Listen, legally speaking, we’ve trademarked the name, and we did this years and years ago. But as far as compliments are concerned, my compliments go to Heidi.”

I think what she’s really saying is that while Heidi might have a beautiful ‘body,’ the label’s mine…so back off, biatch!!

Catwalk Cat-Fight

Aussie supermodel, Elle Macpherson, has been known as ‘The Body’ for, like, so long…

So when rival supermodel Heidi Klum apparently took claim on ‘The Body,’ some catty bitching ensued.

The ’so-called claim’ that Heidi had made on Elle’s ‘The Body,’ was the release of Heidi’s ‘The Body Bra.’ This was all Elle needed to take legal action against Ms. Klum.

However, Elle has changed her perspective, and has decided not to take legal action…and all because of the calming influence of the Dalai Lama.

Elle says: “A few people have made me stop in my tracks and the Dalai Lama would be one of them … It’s no big deal for me. She [Heidi] can have it.”

I think Elle should get used to not being the body anymore…I mean, is she still going to expect to be referred to as ‘The Body’ when she’s 80??
