Stars Hit The Vanity Fair Oscars Party

Bad dresses were plentiful at the Vanity Fair Oscars Party!

We already know that Katie Holmes made a bad choice, but who else had a shocker in the fashion department??

Hayden Panettiere may have a beautiful face, but her choice of attire was all wrong. That dress is way too OTT with the sex appeal! And I’m not loving the colour, either (although I do love the accessories!)

Josh Jackson’s gal, Diane Kruger, was drawing attention to herself for all the wrong reasons, showing up in a horrid ruffled creation. It looks to me as though Diane was playing it safe with this one, after being all outrageous the other night. She should stick to outrageous…it suits her…and do something with that hair, please…it’s so boring!

One celeb who did get it right (IMO) was singer Gwen Stefain, accompanied by her hubby, Gavin.

Gwen was a vision in black and white! Her hair was lovely, her make-up was lovely…in fact, I loved this dress so much that I wish I had one! (Note to readers: if you know where I can get one, please let me know! =P )

Josh & Diane At An Oscars Pre-Party

Here’s another Hollywood couple who like to keep themselves out of the limelight…

Joshua Jackson (from The Might Ducks fame – I just love bringing that up! ) and his gal pal, Diane Kruger, stepped out for a night on the town at the Global Green Oscars Pre-Party.

Diane is wearing an interesting ensemble that reminds me of Sienna Miller’s jumper, undies and tights costume she wore to her Factory Girl movie premiere earlier in the year.

However, Diane does a better job in pulling off the look (I think it has something to do with having a little “class”), and it seems short dresses and tights are in for this season. I didn’t want to have to go there, but it looks like I might have to.

Josh, as always, looks dashing! I suddenly remember why I loved him so much in Dawson’s Creek!

Josh & Diane Brave the Streets of SoHo

Dawson’s Creek star Joshua Jackson and his lovely girl Diane Kruger (from National Treasure) step out in SoHo to buy some grog (alcohol).

Jackson is his usual “scruffy” self while Kruger seems to be jumping on the Nicole Richie band-wagon, looking surprisingly thinner than normal.

Perhaps Josh isn’t feeding her enough good food.
