You know how it is when you are sitting in your car, and you get that irritating feeling that only an encrusted lump of snot can give you.

Yeah sure you do. You check for a tissue, but cannot find one. What to do?

I think her thought process went something like this:

I am sure no one will see me if I just blow the crap out of my nose into my hand.
