Danny Masterson & Bijou Phillips Engaged

After a 3½ year romance, actors Danny Masterson and Bijou Phillips are gotten engaged.

Masterson’s rep confirmed the engagement to People today, revealing that the Yes Man actor proposed to his 28-year-old girlfriend on Saturday.

Since hooking up, Masterson and Phillips have co-starred in a number of projects, including the indie film Wake, and the yet-to-be-released Made for Each Other and The Bridge to Nowhere.

There has been no mention of a wedding date yet, but we’ll keep you posted.

Bijou Phillips Tells People With Depression To Get Over It

Bijou Phillips, who is a Scientologist has a message to give people suffering from depression, anxiety or just general sadness.

“Get over it and stop being a pansy”

“My grandparents didn’t take any pills, and they were fine,” Phillips said in the February issue of Paper. “Just buck up and get over it. Stop being such a f—king pansy.”

As a Scientologist, Phillips doesn’t believe in psychiatrists or psychiatric medication.

Fair enough, she can have her own beliefs, no matter how wacked they are, but why does she think this gives her the right to tell others what they should or shouldn’t do?
