Meet Ryan’s Gal

Here’s Ryan Phillippe’s (supposed) new gal, Aussie star Abbie Cornish, at an awards night on the Gold Coast last week.

Not really a fan of what she’s wearing in these pics (she looks a bit ‘Grandma-Holmes-ish’), but I thought since she’s been generating a bit of publicity for herself lately (with the whole ‘banging Reese Witherspoon’s husband behind her back’ thing), it might be time to get to know her a little better.

Here’s what we know about her:

She’s a vegetarian, is a bit of a muso (loves the piano and the guitar), and has done a bit of travelling in her life – she’s been to Morocco, Brazil, Italy and France – all at the ripe ‘ol age of 24!

Her parents split when she was 16, and she grew up on a 170 acre farm in the Hunter Valley region.

And…she’s not afraid to get her kit off in front of people!!!

“The hardest part is getting your clothes off at first in front of the people who haven’t seen you naked before. The first time you get nude in front of someone, it’s hard, and then it’s, ‘Well, you’ve seen everything now; it’s OK, we can shoot the rest of the day’,” Abbie says.

I have a feeling she’s going to become Australia’s next big entertainment export!

Is Abby Cornish the Next Sienna Miller?

There’s a new twist in the Reese and Ryan separation story…

According to Pink is the New Blog, Ryan Phillippe and his Stop Loss co-star, Aussie Abby Cornish, were seeing each other behind Reese’s back.

“My friends and I went to Kenichi in downtown Austin on Tuesday night and sat 2 tables away from Phillippe and an extremely attractive blonde (not Reese). The couple had a partition placed around their table soon after they arrived but we could still see their legs intertwined under the table and as we left could see them clearly making out behind the partition.”

When did Reese find this little tid-bit of info out? After the premiere of Flags of our Fathers, of course!

Apparently, Reese found Ryan’s blackberry, which had some very incriminating messages on it.

“When they got back to the hotel, Reese found Ryan’s BlackBerry, which he’d carelessly left in the bathroom — and she read it,” said the source (according to the National Enquirer).”

“Ryan was caught red-handed. All he could say was he didn’t mean what he’d written to the other woman.”

Sure, that’s what Jude Law said about Sienna Miller – who he’s now engaged to (or he was, I’m not really sure – they’re a hard couple to keep up with)!!!
