Cameron Diaz has announced that she’s getting a nose job!
As a lover of ‘extreme’ sports, Cameron has broken her nose FOUR TIMES, and is having so much trouble breathing that she’s finally decided to go under the knife and get the problem fixed.
She told Sun, “I’m over it. I’m getting it fixed.” [Source]

Surprisingly, Cameron Diaz is one of the few Hollywood starlets to be so concerned about her appearance, that she prefers voice-acting (in animated movies) as opposed to acting behind a camera.
Cameron said: “Everyone assumes you feel great all the time but imagine doing movie close-ups when you’re having a bad skin day. That’s why I love voicing Fiona, it’s so freeing.”
