But County Jail Has Bad Lighting…

That’s what Paris “Parisite” Hilton will be saying if the prosecutors in her probation violation case get their way.
According to TMZ.com, the Los Angeles City Attorney has filed court documents, asking for the Hilton Hotel heiress to serve 45 days in County jail, among other things.
Paris will appear in court tomorrow to protest her innocence in the case, which alleges that the reality star drove on two occasions while on a suspended license. She was stopped by the CHP last January 15, and again by the L.A. County Sheriffs on February 27, after only just having her license suspended, due to being charged with alcohol-related reckless driving.
The papers ask that “Hilton be ordered to serve 45 days in County Jail.” They also wish for the celebrity to be ordered “not to consume any alcohol for a continuous period of 90 days.”
Whoa! Ok, is that even possible?? I’d say 90 minutes would be pushing it for Paris…
But how would they enforce this “not drinking” order? Follow her around constantly in a dark-windowed van? No, that’s a job for the paparazzi…
To keep Paris honest, the prosecutors ask that the star “be monitored for alcohol consumption … by use of a Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring (SCRAM) device at her expense.”
And as if the bad prison lighting and no alcohol wasn’t bad enough, the prosecutors also ask that Ms. Hilton’s license be suspended for another four months (not that she’d listen, anyway), and her prized Bentley be impounded for 30 days.
Not her Bentley!!!
I seriously doubt anything’s going to happen to her, as these celebrity types always seem to find a way to get out of it… but I live in hope…
