Britney’s New Song Stinks!

After turning down a supposed “career-comeback-sure-thing” this week, Britney Spears’ newest track has been released on U.S radios, making its debut on Ryan Seacrest’s 102.7 KIIS-FM show this morning.
It’s a slow-tempo ballard rumoured to be titled Baby Boy, and is, if you ask me, quite a bore. I’ve just listened to it now, and to put it plainly, it down-right STINKS!! Now, it’s clear from the get-go that under all the craziness, the girl can still sing, but even a voice, when teamed with a lame-ass song, can get you no where.
Apparently she, ah, wrote it herself. It sounds like she should maybe stick to the songs that are written for her. All in all, it’s a bit of a cutesy track, with all the elements of old Britney there – where’s the new, pyscho Britney? I want to see her represented in a song!!
