Britney’s Lawyer Says To Judge, “You’re Not a Pop Star!”

Here’s the latest bizaar news in the Spears/Federline custody battle…
In an L.A. court room this room, Britney’s lawyer, Anne Kiley, allegedly accused the Commissioner of being too unreasonable with Spears, and said that he couldn’t possibly know what the pop tart is going through, because he’s not a famous singer!
After K-Fed’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, got stuck into the Toxic singer for failing to respond to her drug’s tests calls on time, Kiley fought back, explaining that receiving calls to be tested at 8:00 am was too hard for Britney to cope with. Apparently, pop stars don’t get out of bed before 10:00 am!
When this didn’t seem to cut it for the Commish, Kiley added: “You are not a pop star with a number one album, so you don’t know.”
And then the courtroom erupted in laughter – and rightly so! Could this case possibly get any more ridiculous?? I’m actually afraid to ask!
