Britney’s Cousin Joins Forces With Federline in Custody Battle

Alli Sims, Brit’s former assistant and cousin, has apparently joined forces with K-Fed and his legal team in order to help take her two boys away from the troubled star.
According to a source, Kevin spent three hours with his lawyers on Monday, after hearing about Britney’s latest breakdown on PerezHilton.com, and the singer’s former assistant, Sims, popped in to lend them a hand.
“Kevin is worried about Sean and Jayden’s safety,” an insider revealed. “He had heard bits and pieces of what was going on from Brit’s mother, Lynne [Spears] and from the bodyguards but has been trying to focus on getting along with her and didn’t want to believe she had completely lost it.”
Wanting what’s best for her cousin’s two children, Sims immediately contacted Spears’ ex-husband, dishing the dirt on her former client and her poor parenting skills. “Alli gave specific instances where Brit couldn’t handle having the kids. Kevin was angry at Britney for putting his kids in jeopardy and immediately phoned his lawyer to investigate the claims further. He couldn’t believe she had gotten so out of control,” the source added.
Kevin’s legal team is currently re-drafting the documents, including all the latest information obtained from Sims, Spears’ mother, Lynne, and current media reports.
