Britney’s Assistant Served With Legal Papers

Keen to wrap up the custody battle in his favour, Kevin Federline has dealt a low blow to ex-wife Britney Spears, serving her cousin and assistant, Alli Sims, with legal papers in the early hours of Sunday morning.
According to a source, Sims was served with a deposition subpoena at around 2.30 am Sunday, outside a party in the Hollywood Hills, by IMS Security employee, Aaron Cohen. At the time of the serving, Spears’ cousin was visibly upset and actually tried to avoid being forced to accept the papers, even resorting to arguing with Cohen at one point.
This didn’t deter Cohen in the slightest, who managed to throw the subpoena at Sims through an open car window as she and her companion fled the scene.
Apparently, this deposition of Sims’ will allow K-Fed’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, to question the young assistant about everything – “what [Britney] feeds the kids, what’s going in the bottles, how late they’re staying up and about what Britney is like when she parties.”
