Britney to Release New Album in December

Britney Spears has finished her latest stint in the recording studio, and will release her sixth album, Circus, on her 27th birthday on December 2.

Spears’ label, Jive records, made the announcement shortly after her triple win at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards.

Her first single from the album, Womanizer, will be released on September 22.
