I wonder if the family of the victim is loving all the fancy double speak of the damn lawyers. If it hadn't been Brandy, but instead some ordinary shmuck off the street, then the prosecutors wouldn't have even BOTHERED to consult with "accident experts" and simply PROSECUTED the ordinary fella.
