Bondi Loves Paris

Waverley mayor George Newhouse has praised Paris’ ability to grab headlines, and put the focus on Bondi Beach, during her short visit to Oz for New Year.
Newhouse said: “Make no mistake Paris Hilton will draw the attention of millions of people around the world to Bondi…That is good news for tourism and local business.”
“I have to say that Paris is welcome at Bondi anytime.”
During her visit, which spans from December 28-January 2, Paris has taken a dip in Sydney’s famous beach, hit the shops, visited a few sick kids in the Sydney Children’s Hospital, and at 1pm today, will announce the winning bikini babe, who will be the face of John Singleton’s new Bondi Blonde beer.
Paris also had time for an interview with Australia’s Cosmopolitian magazine, where she spoke on a number of topics, including sex, animals, men, friends…and herself.
“I’m blonde and tanned and normal-sized! I’m sweet, shy, funny, have a big heart and I’m nice – and I like to eat.”
