Ashlee Simpson Drunk on Morning Radio?

Ashlee, the little sis of pop tart Jessica Simpson, appeared on DC’s Hot 99.5 Kane in the Morning show today and sounded either drunk, stoned… or both!
The littlest Simpson tart “giggled” throughout the entire interview, and also admitted to listeners that she got herself “tattooed” before coming on the show. When she was asked what kind of ink she got, Ashlee said, “It’s a peooooonieeee!”
When it came time for Ashlee to actually promote her music (because that’s what she was there for, after all), the kid sister had a tough time trying to explain her new song. Simpson um-ed, uh-ed and stuttered her way through the explanation, and after reading through what she said a number of times, I still can’t work it out!ÂÂ
“The best line in the song is uh… you know… the come over line… uh… um… it’s pretty genius… it’s um… I’m not over it so come over… um… pretty genius… the girl kind of thing… um… hehehehe.”
Yeah… drunk, stoned, or high from the tattoo ink…
