Another Law Suit for Anna Nicole

Former boyfriend Larry Birkhead filed a paternity and custody suit concerning Anna Nicole’s baby daughter, Dannielynn Hope, in Los Angeles on Monday, according to reports.
Both Birkhead, and Anna Nicole’s current partner, lawyer Howard Stern, have claimed the baby is theirs.
A publicist for Birkhead released a statement yesterday, stating that he has hired celebrity attorney Debra Opri, and that Anna Nicole had been served with papers.
The statement says that Birkhead is asking to order: “paternity testing, that the baby be brought back to California and drug testing on both Anna Nicole and Dannielynn.” He is also asking for custody, pending the results of the tests. Birkham is also accusing Anna Nicole of “purposefully leaving the country to deny him of his parental rights.”
Poor Anna just can’t seem to stay out of the courts…sounds like this is going to get quite nasty…
