Another Court Day For Lindsay Lohan

The troubled actress seems to be making a habit of running her car into someone else’s and refusing to fit the damage bill, as she’s being sued – yet again – in a Los Angeles small claims court.
The plaintiff, Signe Dupuy, claims that Lohan and her bodyguard, Jaz, cut her off in their SUV while driving on Fairfax Avenue, and when she got out of the car, Lindsay “glared at her” and Jaz treated her with “hostility” and “tried to intimidate” her. They exchanged numbers, names and insurance details after the accident, of which Dupuy later found out to be all fake.
With no way of contacting LaLohan, Dupuy decided to send a letter to the actress’ rep, which apparently got “filed away” because it was thought to be a matter “for the lawyers.”
Lindsay is due in the small claims court to plead her case in September.
