Angelina’s Dad Speaks Out On Pregnancy Rumours

Angelina Jolie’s estranged father, Jon Voight, has spoken out on the rumours that his daughter is expecting twins, telling The New York Observer yesterday that he was “excited” at the prospect of more grandchildren.

“It’s wonderful news that she’s having another child, if that’s true,” Voight said.

Last week, Staralicious and a number of other blogs reported that the Tomb Raider actress was expecting twins with her long-term partner, Brad Pitt. Jolie added fuel to the rumour fire when she wore a loose-fitting dress to this weekend’s SAG Awards.

“I can’t count on anything the press says about her because there is so much said but she has certainly captured the imagination of the press,” Voight added.
