Angelina Jolie Gives Birth to Twins

Angelina Jolie has given birth to twins at the La Fondation Lenval hospital in Nice, France, exclusive sources have revealed today.

According to the reports, the 33-year-old Tomb Raider actress had a caesarean section at 6 p.m. today - French time - and delivered two healthy baby girls. The first baby came at 6:54 p.m. and the second at 7 p.m. Jolie’s Hollywood actor partner, Brad Pitt, was present during the birthing.

The hospital’s spokesperson, Nadine Bauer, is yet to confirm the arrival of the twins, telling the press a short moment ago that no journalists would be notified “within minutes” after the birth. Bauer informed the waiting media to look to the hospital’s Web site. A press released is expected to be posted there later today.
