Adam Brody on TRL

Former teen soap star Adam Brody made an appearance on MTV’s TRL recently to promote his new movie, In The Land Of Women.
While on the show, the young celeb showed off his new look - grungy facial hair.
It seems like the actor is trying to steer away from the character who made him famous - the geeky Seth Cohen.
Either way, he’s looking pretty good, don’t you think?

Even though his new flick with Meg Ryan isn’t fairing so well in box office takings, Brody was still super-excited about his first “leading man” role, and answered a couple of questions for the hosts of TRL…
On shooting a scene with Ryan in a grocery store:
“I said, ‘Wait. Let’s think about this. What aisles have we been in? Let’s think about this cart for a minute. Are we heading for bread?’ I’m not, like, an actor’s actor. That’s something I would never do. But, all right, we’re in a film with Meg Ryan. Let’s get serious here.”
Are women wiser then men?
“Wiser? Uh, I think they’re more compassionate.”
“So, then, yeah, maybe they’re a bit more in touch with themselves on average when it comes to relationships. They can also probably be pretty catty with each other.”
That’s about right. He’s hit the nail on the head there.
