Penelope Cruz Pregnant

Penelope Cruz and her longtime partner, Javier Bardem, are expecting their first child, sources have exclusively revealed today.

“Penelope is about four months pregnant,” the source said. “She’s really healthy now and will be a great mother.”

While Cruz and Bardem – who have appeared in three films together over the years – are happily in love and about to go into parenthood together, don’t expect the couple to tie the knot any time soon.

Cruz told the August issue of UK’s Psychologies magazine, “When I [have babies], I want to do it really well. I want it to be my best project in life. I don’t know if I believe in marriage. I believe in family, love and children.”

Well, she’s got that last part down-pat, at least. Congratulations to Penelope and Javier!

Mel Gibson Attacks Fan

Mel Gibson has made it into the news again with some more of his infamous, not-so-tasteful behaviour, this time allegedly attacking a photographer posing as a fan at the grand opening of new Los Angeles hotspot, Playhouse.

According to onlookers at the scene, a Life & Style reporter who had spent the evening pretending to be a fan of the Gibson’s tried to snap a picture of the actor and his pregnant girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva.

When Gibson’s security team took the camera and deleted the photos, the paparrazzo sent in her pal Karlis Gajevskis to take more photos. A fed up Gibson then attacked Gajevskis, ripping his shirt.

“Mel approached the guy who tried to take his picture and ripped his shirt,” an onlooker said.

The source added that Gajevskis left the club immediately and indicated that he was on his way to report a battery charge to the police against Gibson. The Mad Max actor and his girlfriend left shortly after, too upset over the incident to continue in their celebrations.

Earlier in the evening, Gibson was said to have been “really respectful” to the media who’d turned up for the event, politely refusing when he was asked for a photograph. Gajevskis and his reporter friend, onlookers said, were overly “pushy” and had even tried pretending to be a part of Gibson’s VIP table in order to get a shot of the actor.

Katie Price Wants to Adopt

Jordan – aka Katie Price – has found the perfect cure for the stress of her bitter divorce with soon-to-be ex-husband, Peter Andre: she’s going to adopt a baby!

The model, who already has three children of her own, is said to be “seriously considering” adopting a fourth child after suffering a painful miscarriage just weeks before ex-Andre filed for divorce.

“I want more children but there’s no way I’m rushing into the physical upheaval of getting pregnant again after losing Pete’s baby,” Price told a pal.

“The pain of that was too much to bear.

“I’ve been blessed with success and financial security and I feel it’s time to share that.”

When they were still together, Katie and Pete had discussed the possibility of adopting a disabled child (as Price’s oldest son Harvey – from a previous relationship – is disabled). Now that they’re divorcing, Katie has decided to go it alone and adopt without her former husband.

However, Price’s pal states that unless Katie is willing to “rearrange” her new hectic party schedule, there’s no way she’ll be able to adopt – let alone care for – another child.

“Katie’s lost interest in appearing like the perfect mother, and doesn’t care if people want to keep on judging her,” the friend revealed.

“She really wants to cut loose like the old days.”

Kendra Wilkinson Weds at Playboy Mansion

Former Playmate and Girls Next Door star Kendra Wilkinson has wed her NFL player beau Hank Baskett in a classically chic ceremony at her onetime residence, the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles.

Wilkinson, who is pregnant with her first child, walked down the aisle at around 6:45 p.m. dressed in white and literally “dripping” in more than $100,000 worth of platinum jewellery by Michael Barin. Groom Baskett also wore white, along with his groomsmen, while Wilkinson’s attendants wore lavender

Hidden amongst the hundreds of celebrity guests were Wilkinson’s fellow Playmate Bridget Marquardt, a bridesmaid, and the 24-year-old’s former boyfriend and employer, Playboy founder Hugh Hefner.

Wilkinson and her groom were wed “out in the open on a lawn,” says a source, and there were “white rose petals and flower wreaths decorating the aisle.”

“[The bride] was beaming,” the eyewitness added.

Wilkinson’s first child is due on Christmas Day.

Nicole Richie Preggers Again

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are expecting another child!

The Good Charlotte frontman’s reality television star beau is pregnant once more, just over a year after welcoming daughter Harlow Winter Kate into the world.

Madden broke news of Richie’s pregnancy on his band’s official website, under the heading, “Better than winning an OSCAR!”

“I am so happy to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister! God has truly blessed my family,” Madden wrote. “Hope [you're] all feeling as good as I am right now.”

Reps for both Madden and Richie have refused to comment on the news.

Angelina Jolie Pregnant Again

In Touch Weekly is reporting that Angelina Jolie is three months pregnant with her seventh child.

While Jolie and Pitt’s spokesman has denied the claims, the magazine is sure of its information, stating:

“An excited Angie can’t stop talking about the new baby.”

Not too sure about this one, but if true, she is certainly turning into a little battery hen now isn’t she….

Jen Garner Fears For Her Safety

Jennifer Garner has petitioned the courts for a permanent restraining order again stalker Steven Burky, following numerous threats against the actress and her family.

In the documents obtained by TMZ.com, Garner is asking Burky stay clear of her, and wants “no contact whatsoever.”

The Catch and Release actress, who’s been stalked by Burky since 2002, said that in the last year “his obsessive and harassing behaviour has escalated to the point of becoming dangerous and threatening.”

“Mr Burky has been stalking and harassing me,” Garner’s declaration reads. “[He's been sending] packages and letters containing delusional and paranoid thoughts and following me around the country…”

At one point, Garner said Burky had shown up at her home and announced, “God has sent [him] a vision of [Jennifer] being persecuted in some manner that may result in [Jennifer's] death.”

It is threats like these, Garner said, that make her fear for herself, husband Ben Affleck, and daughter Violet. “I am currently pregnant and fear for the safety of my second child once born,” Garner added.

A temporary restraining order was issued earlier this month, and a hearing tomorrow will determine whether or not the order will be a permanent one.

Jennifer Aniston Pregnant?

Whether this story is true or not remains to be seen, but Australia’s New Weekly magazine is reporting that Jennifer Aniston is pregnant… with ex- John Mayer’s baby!!

Word on the street is that Jen and John reunited because of the pregnancy. But is this all on the level? It’s possible that this whole “Aniston being preggers” situation is just a counter-strike to the recent bombshell of Angelina Jolie finally admitting to stealing Pitt away from the former Friends star.

In other words, I’ll believe it when I see the first doctored, baby bump images…
