It appears nobody cares about poor little Bronx Mowgli Simpson Wentz.

Rumour has it that the little tyke’s parents have been busy trying to drum up some cash in the last few weeks by selling Bronx’s first baby pictures — but no one wants to touch them!

“Pete and Ashlee have approached every single celebrity magazine with offers to sell their first photos, but nobody wants them,” a source has revealed.”Covers of them tend not to sell well.”

A rep for the couple has denied the report, but I’m not discounting its worth so quickly. After all, the hype for the Simpson sisters has died down a lot in the last year, and nobody was really that fazed when Bronx Mowgli was born – except those of us who criticised his ridiculous name.

Times are tough on the Simpson front, and if the girls keep using Papa Joe as their manager and God-like entity, things will only get worse.

Jessica Simpson to Study Religion

Jessica Simpson wants to get back in touch with her spiritual side, and has decided that studying theology at college could be the way to do it.

The pop star turned country music flop said that television – and not her former minister father, Papa Joe – inspired her to pursue religion as a future career.

“I’ve been contemplating taking a college course in religion,” the Dukes of Hazzard star told Marie Claire. “I love religion.

“I remember whenever the book ‘The Da Vinci Code’ came out, the Discovery Channel did this three-night piece on it that I TiVoed and then watched eight times.”

Jessica Simpson: “Romo is the Love of my Life!”

Jessica Simpson has finally put those pesky breakup rumours to rest, gushing about her “perfect” boyfriend, Tony Romo, to People magazine.

“I just told [Tony] today, ‘You’re the love of my life,’” Simpson confessed to the mag. “I don’t really ever say that to anybody.”

The singer, who’s just turned from the pop world to country music, added that she’s never been happier, and has no need for anyone else in her life… including those famous exes of hers!

“I don’t want anybody that’s been in my life [before] in my life anymore,” the 28-year-old explained. “I don’t even want them to have any way of contacting me.”

How does she stop them from calling? According to Jessica, she’s changed all her cell phone numbers and email addresses since her splits from ex-husband Nick Lachey and ex-boyfriend John Mayer.

Jessica Simpson Denies Father Fits Her Bras

Despite reports of the contrary, Jessica Simpson has denied that her father used to fit her training bras.

During a radio interview on K-FROG 95.1 in Coltin, CA on Tuesday, Simpson opened up about her father, Papa Joe Simpson, and also thanked God for her “talent” in the world of music.

Romo Dumped Simpson Over Papa Joe

Papa Joe Simpson seems to have a way with scaring off daughter Jessica’s men.

Since news of Simpson’s split with latest beau Tony Romo has hit the press, a source has come forward to reveal that the reason the Dallas Cowboys quarterback gave his well-endowed girlfriend the flick was because of her father’s constant meddling.

One of Romo’s friends explained that he was forced to break-up with the Blonde Ambition actress so that the football star could put an end to the constant stream of advice on his career that Joe Simpson was offering.

Pimp Daddy Joe was offering “unsolicited advice to Tony on his career, endorsement opportunites and things that have nothing to do with him dating Jessica,” said the friend.

The quarterback had also “really had it” with the paparazzi pressures and felt his relationship with Simpson was “distracting” him from playing good football.

Despite being broken up, Romo still accompanied ex-Jessica to little sister Ashlee Simpson’s weekend nuptials to rocker Pete Wentz, though that was after more interfering by Papa Joe.

Ashlee Simpson & Pete Wentz Are Married!

After a whirlwind engagement and weeks of pregnancy rumours, Ashlee Simpson has married Fallout Boy rocker Pete Wentz in an intimate ceremony at her parents’ home today.

A spokesperson for the couple told People earlier: “We’re delighted to confirm that Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson were married this evening in front of family and close friends.”

Only 150 guests were in attendance as 23-year-old Simpson walked down the aisle in an ivory lace gown designed by Monique Lhuillier. To compliment her dress, the singer wore a Neil Lane diamond necklace and earrings set.

Pimp Daddy Joe Simpson, a former pastor, performed the non-denominational ceremony for the young couple, with big sister Jessica as maid of honor and Wentz’ English bulldog, Hemingway, as the ring-bearer.

As reported earlier in the week, the guests were all asked to wear dark, semi-formal clothing. Simpson picked an Alice in Wonderland theme, and with the help of wedding planner Mindy Weiss, created her dream day which included a Sam Godfrey wedding cake on the ‘Mad Hatter Tea Party’, with a top hat, tea pot, stop watch and pot of flowers on top. Large centerpieces of black beauty roses, arranged by Mark’s Garden, completed the fairytale look.

Among the guests were Jessica’s former boyfriend, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo, new parents Nicole Richie and Joel Madden, and long-time friend CaCee Cobb and her beau Donald Faison.

She may have split with the Dallas Cowboys quarterback, but that hasn’t stopped Jessica Simpson’s dad from interfering and insisting that she take former beau Tony Romo as her date to little sister Ashlee’s wedding.

The 27-year-old singer, who will be the maid of honor at Ashlee’s weekend wedding to Fallout Boy rocker Pete Wentz, was seen having lunch with Romo at Katsuya in Hollywood on Friday. Simpson and Romo shared a kiss, and was then helped out of her Range Rover by the football star.

A rep for Simpson says that rumours of a split are completely false, telling People magazine, “It’s [just] not true.” However, sources close to the couple confirmed the break-up earlier in the week. Those same sources added that Ashlee’s wedding will be the last outing for the pair together.

A Black Wedding

As the countdown to the Simpson/Wentz kicks into overdrive today, more and more wedding details are being leaked to the press.

And this one’s a doozy: Ashlee and Pete have decided to ditch that whole “white wedding” thing and go dark, telling their guests “to dress in dark colours” for their weekend nuptials.

A pal revealed earlier today: “[Guests] have been asked to wear cocktail attire, but to not be overdressed.”

The guests, who still don’t know where the wedding is to take place, have not been given invites. “Proper invites have not been sent out but instead guests have been given a save the date notice,” said a source.

However, with delivery trucks and workmen turning up at the Simpson resident in Encino daily, it makes it a little hard to keep the location secret. Crews have erected massive white tents with bright red curtains in the Simpson family’s California backyard, and have also set up a seating area which surrounds a fireplace and a cross.

Around “250 guests” are rumoured to be attending the Saturday nuptials, including Jessica Simpson’s latest ex, Dallas Cowboys quarterback, Tony Romo.

Pimp Daddy Joe Begs Tony Romo to Attend Simpson Wedding

Despite the fact that Tony Romo and Jessica Simpson have called it quits, Pimp Daddy Joe Simpson still wants the Dallas Cowboys quarterback to “support the family” and attend Ashlee Simpson’s weekend wedding.

What Joe’s really saying is that he wants to make the most of the press contingency who will also be there, and having a professional athlete will only heighten the celebrity power and make the seven-figure amount People magazine paid for the wedding snaps seem not so “over-priced.”

A source said: “Joe has called Tony and asked him to come to show support for the wedding.”

No one knows whether or not Romo accepted Pimp Daddy’s offer, but the quarterback is reportedly flying into L.A. this weekend, when the wedding it scheduled to take place.

Meanwhile back at Pimp Daddy’s place, big white tents have been set up, which I guess takes the mystery out of where the wedding is being held. None of the guests have been told of the location as yet, and will find out on the day.
