Evel Knievel Dies
Legendary daredevil Evel Knievel has died. He was 69.
The announcement was made on his official website earlier today. He’d been in poor health for a while now, and his most recent appearance on USA Today earlier in the year showed just how much his many “daredevil injuries” had bothered him in his old age. Knievel was “crippled with arthritis, recovering from a stroke” and aching all over his body. He’d commented on the show that he no longer felt invincible.
“I think about God a lot more than ever,” Knievel said, “though I used to ask him, ‘Help me make a good jump.’ I’m awfully tough to get along with, but I’ll tell you what: I am a good person. I wish there was such a thing as reincarnation.”

Once again, TomKat have found an event where Katie can tower over her husband!
The A-List pair looked more like “David and Golith” than Tom and Katie as they graced the red carpet at Germany’s equivalent to the Oscars, the Bambi Awards. Obviously Tom wasn’t wearing high enough in-steps in his posh shoes.
TomKat were at the event to celebrate hubby Tom’s “courage” award, which he took a whole 5 minutes to thank everyone for when he went on stage to collect it, after a super-long montage of all his movies to date. Sounds thrilling!

There’s been a lot of talk around tinseltown over the last few days regarding Britney Speras’ supposed “third” pregnancy. Whether this is true or not remains to be seen, but here’s what we know so far…
The alleged father of the unborn child, music producer J.R. Rotem, has denied the claims, saying he never told anyone that Spears was preggers with his kid. However, InTouch has found text messages sent by Rotem that confirm the pregnancy!
In the series of messages, Rotem tells a pal that “It’s true,” when asked to discuss the Britney pregnancy rumours. As for whether or not the singer will keep the baby, Rotem replied: “No clue on what she will do. She’s unpredictable.”

Nicole Kidman’s children refuse to call her mom and she doesn’t like it.
She told U.K. TV show “GMTV”, “My kids don’t call me mummy, they don’t even call me mum. They call me Nicole, which I hate and tell them off for it.”
She is not too pleased about them being raised as Scientologists either by Scientology poster boy Tom.
Catholic Nicole lives in Nashville with her second husband Keith Urban, while her children live with Scientology’s Tom and his new wife Katie Holmes. Read more

In response to his impending divorce, Hulk Hogan has issued a statement, asking the media to respect his family’s privacy during this difficult time.
“Please respect my family’s privacy at this time with all that we have been through,” Hogan said, through his agent, Darren Prince.
“I care for my wife and my children are my world and I just hope this all works out.”
His wife, Linda, filed for divorce last week, and is seeking half of their $9.5 million in assets.

Supermodel Tyra Banks might be one of the better looking gals on the catwalk, but it doesn’t help her get any in bed, as she’s too scared that her wig will fall off to invite any men back to her pad.
According to a pal, Ms. Banks is so “insecure” about her hair that she will not spend the night with any man, as she doesn’t want them to see her without her hair on!
“Tyra is a confident woman for the most part, but she is really insecure about her hair,” a source revealed. “She doesn’t want any guy to see her without her wigs or hair extensions.
“Tyra feels like guys are with her for her image that they see on TV and in magazines. If one wakes up without her glamorous hair, she’s worried he may not call back!”
So I guess the solution is to ignore them so they don’t call at all…
