Indy 4 Begins Filming June 18

The long-awaited sequel to the Indiana Jones franchise now has a “definite” start date, with filming scheduled to begin on the 18th of June this year.

Despite the fact that there’s only three months until filming begins, Harrison Ford is the only actor who’s been penned in to star. Both Natalie Portman and Sean Connery have been mentioned as joining the cast, but their has been no confirmation from either camp.

I guess we’ll all find out soon enough!

Katherine Heigl Feels Unloved

Grey’s Anatomy star, Katherine Heigl, has dropped out of contract talks with the show’s execs over her salary, a source has revealed.

“Katie is disappointed and hurt that (producer) Touchstone doesn’t value her as much as her other costars, especially Sandra Oh and Isaiah Washington,” the source said.

A rep for Touchstone had no comment on the issue.

I hope that doesn’t mean Katherine will be leaving the show soon…Izzie is my favourite character!!

It looks like Jen’s finally gotten over Vince!

She’s rumoured to be dating a cameraman, known only as Mike, whom she met on the set of best pal, Courtney Cox’s new series, Dirt.

A source revealed: “She introduced herself and they started chatting. The next day he asked Jen out for dinner. They’ve been out several times since then, including once to a bowling alley and a dinner date at Marix, one of her favourite LA restaurants. She really likes him.”

In an interview with the Daily Record, Ashlee Simpson has revealed that she thinks she’s better looking than her older sister, Jessica.

Did Anna Nicole Have Lupus??

A shocking new claim has been made concerning Anna Nicole Smith’s tragic death.

Dr. Bob Lahita has revealed that the reality star may have been suffering from lupus, a disease which affects the immune system.

The drugs Topamax, Dilaudid and Methadone were found in her hotel room after she had died, and sources said that she had possibly over-dosed. This theory was blown out of the water when the medical examiner said they’d found no evidence of drug abuse. So what could she have been taking them for?

Well, Dr. Lahita believes that she may have been using the drugs to help control the pain from her lupus. He said that “about 60% of lupus patients develop a condition called Fibro Myalgia. The condition causes chronic and extreme pain across the body in muscles, tendons and ligaments and can make it hard for a patient to sleep.” Both Topamax and Dilaudid are used as painkillers.

He added that there was a possibility that the disease may have killed her, stating that about three months after a pregnancy, the disease can “really flair up.”

It sounds like they’re grasping at straws here. Anna Nicole having lupus is just a little far-fetched to me. I mean, someone would have come out now with concrete evidence. It’s a tough disease to have, and I can’t imagine Anna would have been able to keep news like that from everybody, least of all Howard K. Stern, whom she supposedly “loved.”

I hope you like it. I have tried not to make it too different from the previous design, while adding some extra little features here and there.

Stars Hit The Vanity Fair Oscars Party

Bad dresses were plentiful at the Vanity Fair Oscars Party!

We already know that Katie Holmes made a bad choice, but who else had a shocker in the fashion department??

Hayden Panettiere may have a beautiful face, but her choice of attire was all wrong. That dress is way too OTT with the sex appeal! And I’m not loving the colour, either (although I do love the accessories!)

Josh Jackson’s gal, Diane Kruger, was drawing attention to herself for all the wrong reasons, showing up in a horrid ruffled creation. It looks to me as though Diane was playing it safe with this one, after being all outrageous the other night. She should stick to outrageous…it suits her…and do something with that hair, please…it’s so boring!

One celeb who did get it right (IMO) was singer Gwen Stefain, accompanied by her hubby, Gavin.

Gwen was a vision in black and white! Her hair was lovely, her make-up was lovely…in fact, I loved this dress so much that I wish I had one! (Note to readers: if you know where I can get one, please let me know! =P )

The Secret Drug Life of Britney Spears

Yet again, Britney’s husband of 55 hours, Jason Alexander, has broken his silence…this time revealing the pop star’s secret drug life!

Alexander says he’s breaking his silence this time because he fears his childhood pal will end up like the late Anna Nicole Smith.

“It freaked me out when I saw she had shaved off her hair; that was clearly a cry for help…she needs help,” he said.

He claims that he once shared in a drug-induced threesome with Britney and a female dancer during their short relationship, and that their days and nights would be filled with heavy drug use.

“We used ecstasy at night to party and cocaine during the day to stay awake. Then we would take downers like Valium or Vicodin to come down and rest.”

“She definitely had a problem with drugs when we were together and that was three years ago.”

Alexander then goes on to detail one particular drug-binge in Las Vegas, in which Britney nearly over-dosed and died on MDMA (pure ecstacy). He said he took her up to their hotel room, as she was having difficulty breathing, and was sweating profusely.

“I took her into the bathroom and threw her in the shower,” he explains. “She was unconscious. She tripped and fell. I was trying to hold her up and speak to her. She wasn’t moving.”

“I remember looking down at her all crumpled in the tub with the water coming down. She looked so white and lifeless. I thought she was dead. I thought, ‘This bitch is going to f–king die right here in front of me.’”

While this latest “break of silence” from Alexander might be true, I’m finding it pretty hard to believe he’s revealed this shocking information because he cares for her. Isn’t it more about the money he would receive in telling such a tale??

Hef To Marry No. 1 “Bunny”

The talk of tinsel town is that Playboy Hugh Hefner will marry his no. 1 girlfriend, Holly Madison, by the end of the year.

“This is very secret, but the word is ‘yes,’ ” a source revealed. “Hef has decided he will marry Holly, and he wants it for his show, ‘The Girls Next Door.’ Hef thinks business all the time, and looks for a new hook, although he also does really love Holly.”

Holly is one of three girlfriends portrayed on the Playboy reality show, The Girls Next Door, but has always been Hef’s favourite.

“Hef sees that [Holly] is the most dedicated,” the source added.

“Kendra is never there, and they both hate each other, and Bridget is hanging on by being very friendly to Holly.”

Hef is said to be keeping his latest marriage plans a secret, for fear it will ruin the buzz of his show. Guess the secret’s out now, though, huh?
