As you can see, Lindsay was in the mood for some fun with the paps and also some much needed attention, having been pretty quiet of late.

Angelina’s Mother Dies

Marcheline Bertrand, the mother of movie star Angelina Jolie, has passed away after a 7 1/2 year battle with cancer.

She died on Saturday afternoon at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Angelina, Brad Pitt and Jolie’s brother, James Haven, were all at the hospital on Saturday.

A private funeral has been planned.

Disney has unveiled its latest ad campaign in order to attract even more people to its successful parks, Disneyland and Disneyworld…by dressing up celebrities as some of the most recognised fantasy characters of all time!!!

Scarlett Johansson is Cinderella, wearing a designer ball gown and diamond tiara.

“Scarlett couldn’t wait to put on that tiara,” said photographer, Annie Leibovitz.

“It wasn’t hard to coax my foot into the iconic glass slipper; it’s every little girl’s dream, mine included,” Scarlett said.

Beyonce Knowles is Alice, alongside Oliver Platt and Lyle Lovett.

“It was Annie’s idea for me to play Alice,” Beyonce said. “If she wanted me to do it, I was up for it, because she’s such a genius.”

Soccer star David Beckham played Sleeping Beauty’s Prince.

“I’m the prince, and I’m sort of slaying a dragon, which is something I’ve never done before, obviously,” David said. “When I was called about it and asked to do it, I was very honored and really looking forward to it, especially with Annie doing the pictures.”

It sounds as though they all had so much fun with the shoot, and the pictures turned out wonderful!!!

Paris Pornstar To Sue

Paris is teaming up with ex flame Joe Francis to get her latest junk off the web. See previous post if you missed it.

Francis, the creator of “Girls Gone Wild” has established a legal team to go after the creators of parisexposed.com, the site that has been charging for access to the material.

“We’re pissed and I feel for Paris right now. She’s been victimized yet again,” Francis told The New York Post yesterday. “We want this thing down and we’re seeking monetary damages.”

Francis said that videos of him with a topless Hilton were only intended for their eyes, and that the sex-crazed heiress is “devastated” that they’ve been made available to the public.

“They were taken for us only when we were dating,” Francis said. “These guys have absolutely no right to use the images - they flat-out put them on the Web with no permission. He messed with the wrong person.”

Francis said Hilton is also seeking criminal charges because the site’s creators -”Sultan of Sleaze” David Hans Schmidt and broker Bardia Persa - posted her medical records, revealing she was taking Valtrex to treat herpes. [Source]

OK, now this strikes me as just a tad hypocritical considering Francis’ line of business.

I wonder whether they are pissed about the fact that they are not benefiting financially from the material, or whether they are simply using the old method of milking it for all the publicity they can get. I would say a bit of both, but probably more the latter.

Clooney And Anderson Not Dating

Contrary to reports elsewhere, George Clooney is denying that he is having a fling with Pam Anderson.

Clooney and Adnerson had been reported as dining together in a private room at Sherman Oaks, California’s Valley Inn, with Pammy seen sitting in Clooney’s lap and whispering in his ear. Further stories have the pari dating exclusively.

Anderson has declined to answer the stories.

Lindsay Froze Her Appendix

In other Lindsay news…

Lindsay has taken her newly-removed appendix home and put it in the freezer, in an attempt to stop a crazed fan from getting their hands on it and selling it on eBay!

Apparently, her ‘close friend,’ Kimberly Stewart, is encouraging her to sell it on the shopping powerhouse herself, and give the profits to charity.

“Kimberly thinks Lindsay should auction it for charity herself,” a source said.

I’ll keep a look out on eBay for a frozen Lindsay Lohan appendix and let you know…

Jen Miffed Over Courtney’s Friendly Banter With Brangelina

That little lesbian kiss between good pals Jennifer Aniston and Courtney Cox may be their last contact for a while, with a source saying that Jen is furious with her pal for interacting with her ex, Brad Pitt, and his scarlet woman, Angelina Jolie, at the recent Golden Globes.

At the awards show, Courtney and her husband, David, bumped into Brangelina during a break, sharing hugs and kisses and stopping to enjoy a nice little convo.

“Jen is insulted that Courteney took the initiative and went straight up to Brad when he was there with Angelina,” the source revealed.

“In Jen’s mind, Courteney could have easily avoided them. It’s like Courteney went out of her way to be super nice to Brad.”

Brad introduced the couple to Angie as “dear friends,” giving Courtney a tight bear hug and saying “Hello, sweetheart. It is so great to see you.”

No wonder Jen is a little upset…although I really do hope she doesn’t let something like this get in the way of her friendship…Courtney was just being polite, after all.

Lindsay’s Loving Rehab

And thank goodness for that!!! Let’s hope this means she’s actually getting the help she’s needed for so long, and that she’s actually listening to it!!!

A friend on Lindsay’s has told People that Ms. Lohan is loving her time in rehab, and has been sending her text messages non stop. “She’s been sending text messages from rehab saying she’s the happiest she has ever been. She seems under control right now,” her pal said.

It was a good sign that Lindsay opted out of attending the Sundance film festival, instead spending her time taking hikes on the rehab centre’s lush acreage.

I hope her wonderful progress continues, and she emerges from Wonderland with a new attitude, and a new lease on life!!! Good luck, Lindsay!

Nicole Injured in On-Set Car Crash

Nicole Kidman was involved in a shocking on-set car crash this morning, resulting in eight actors and crew members (including Kidman) to be taken to hospital!

A stunt truck, which was towing a car carrying Nicole, skidded out of control on a slippery street, crashing in to a lightpole and showering the accident scene in broken glass and sparks.

Nicole was taken to her trailer to be checked over, before being taken to hospital with the other injured.

All of the injured crew and actors were treated at a local hospital, and have since been released.

Thank goodness that no one was seriously hurt, especially since there were several stunt men crawling over the outside of Nicole’s car when the accident happened!

Personally, it will have about as much interest to me as watching paint dry. I must me one of only two people not to have seen Paris’ previous video “sensation”.

In the latest release a couple of porn purveyors have posted a treasure trove of her most embarrassing personal items - including sleazy sex tapes, topless photos, love letters, medical records and even hundreds of celebrity cellphone numbers.

Hilton had kept all of the material in a storage locker when she moved from one Los Angeles mansion to another in 2004.

When she failed to pay a measly $208 storage bill, the goods were sold to an unidentified buyer - and then obtained by “Sultan of Sleaze” David Hans Schmitt and broker Bardia Persa.

The duo launched the site - parisexposed.com - yesterday, charging $39.97 a month for access.
